求助：请问英语当中 reprehensvie 有“代表”之意吗？

reprehensive 在字典里一般释为“谴责的”，但我在中国常驻联合国代表团的网页中看见如下句子：

我也很怀疑是 representative 来着。可是我一搜索，还真能看见用 reprehensive 的，搞得我疑神疑鬼，以为 reprehensive 产生出啥新意思了。但是查 www.m-w.com/  之类的字典，提也没提到“代表”这方面的意思。
